  • Engineering & Design
  • Prepare earthing and lightning protection system designs for LV, MV, and HV installations.
  • Perform earthing calculations including:
    • Soil resistivity analysis
    • Earth grid resistance
    • Touch & step voltage
  • Develop lightning risk assessment and LPS designs .
  • Design common and separate earthing systems for power, telecom, and instrumentation.
  • Technical Documentation 
  • Prepare and review:
    • Technical submittals
    • Method statements
    • Material submittals
    • Shop drawings and layout
  • Review project specifications, IFC drawings, and BOQs related to earthing and lightning.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable standards and client requirements.
  • Standards & Compliance
  • Apply and interpret international standards including:
    • IEC 62305 – Lightning Protection
    • BS 7430 – Code of practice for earthing
    • IEEE 80 & IEEE81
    • NFPA 780
