Prepare, review, and finalize shop drawings for woodworks, joinery, furniture, and fit-out elements
Ensure drawings comply with design specifications, site conditions, and authority requirements
Coordinate with consultants, architects, and site teams for approvals and revisions
Maintain drawing logs and manage revisions efficiently
Support tendering and variation pricing
Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations
Assist in value engineering to optimize cost without compromising quality
Coordinate closely with project managers, site engineers, and factory/production teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.5 to 12 years of experience in shop drawings and pricing, preferably in hospitality or commercial fit-out projects.Proficiency in AutoCAD. Knowledge of joinery detailing, materials, hardware, and finishes.Good understanding of manufacturing and installation processes.
