  • Lead full MEP project delivery (design coordination + site execution follow-up) from kickoff to handover
  • Manage and supervise site engineers (Electrical/Mechanical/Plumbing/Firefighting as applicable): task assignment, daily follow-up, performance tracking, coaching, and problem-solving
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to maintain smooth workflow and approvals
  • Prepare and track project schedules, progress reports, and dashboards (weekly/monthly)
  • Review and manage shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs, method statements, and ensure alignment with design/specifications
  • Monitor site progress, quality, and safety; ensure compliance with project requirements and applicable codes/standards
  • Manage technical coordination between disciplines to avoid clashes and rework
  • Support variation orders, claims, and cost/time impact coordination when needed
  • Lead testing, commissioning, snagging, and handover documentation (as-builts, O&M manuals, warranties, etc.)
  • Conduct and lead site meetings, issue MOM, follow up actions, and close pending items
