Job Requirements
Engage with clients via WhatsApp, phone calls, and online platforms
Present and explain our services clearly in Arabic and English
Follow up with leads and convert them into customers
Maintain CRM entries and keep client data organized
Coordinate with operations and installation teams
Provide top-notch customer service with a friendly and helpful attitude
Fluent in Arabic and English (both spoken and written)
3 years experience in sales
Basic tech-savviness: WhatsApp, Google Sheets, CRM software (training provided)
Professional and confident communication skills
