Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and approach potential clients through calls, meetings, and networking.
- Promote and sell IT solutions and services (software, hardware, cloud, cybersecurity, managed services, etc.).
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to deal closure.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams to propose suitable solutions.
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely responses to client inquiries.
Market & Sales Support
- Maintain and update customer data and sales activities on CRM systems.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Provide regular sales reports and pipeline updates to management.
Required Experience & Qualifications2–5 years of experience in IT sales (experience level can be adjusted if needed).Experience in selling IT products and services is required.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field. Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to build rapport and close deals effectively.Basic understanding of IT solutions and solution-selling concepts.Target-driven mindset with good time management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Skills (Optional)Experience with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).Experience in B2B sales and corporate accounts.Knowledge of the local IT market is a plus.
