- Source, evaluate, and purchase IT hardware, software, licenses, and services
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements
- Process purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely fulfillment
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets, licenses, and warranties
- Coordinate with IT teams to forecast technology needs and budgets
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, licensing agreements, and security standards
- Research new vendors, products, and cost-saving opportunities
- Resolve purchasing issues such as delays, discrepancies, or returns
- Support audits by providing purchasing and asset documentation
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Experience in procurement, purchasing, or IT asset managementStrong knowledge of IT hardware, software, and licensing modelsProficiency in procurement systems, ERP software, and Microsoft OfficeExcellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
