Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Sales Agent located in Alexandria, Egypt. Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, promoting and selling insurance solutions, building long-term client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves assisting clients with tailored insurance plans, handling inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications Experience in Insurance Sales and Sales, with strong negotiation and persuasion skills Knowledge of Insurance and Insurance Brokerage practices, including understanding various policies and procedures Proficiency in Customer Service to build and maintain positive client relationships Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities Sales-driven mindset with the ability to achieve targets Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field is preferred Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an added advantage
