Recruitment Specialist (Automotive Industry)
Job Summary
The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle for both blue-collar and white-collar positions within the automotive organization. The role focuses on manual CV screening, candidate coordination, and hiring execution, ensuring timely manpower fulfillment in line with operational and business needs.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Sourcing
• Handle full recruitment cycle from manpower request to job offer.
• Source candidates using manual channels:
• Job boards
• Facebook groups
• Referrals
• Walk-ins & factory sourcing
• Conduct mass hiring for blue-collar roles (technicians, operators, drivers, helpers).
• Support hiring of white-collar roles (engineers, supervisors, admin staff).

Screening & Interview Coordination
• Perform manual CV screening and shortlisting.
• Conduct initial phone interviews to assess fit, availability, and salary expectations.
• Coordinate interviews with department managers and plant supervisors.
• Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to ensure timely feedback.

Hiring & Offer Management
• Prepare job offers in coordination with HR and management.
• Negotiate basic salary and joining dates within approved ranges.
• Manage candidate acceptance and onboarding coordination.

Blue-Collar Workforce Focus
• Maintain strong communication with factory and operations teams.
• Support urgent manpower requests and replacement hiring.
• Track attendance, turnover, and replacement needs related to recruitment.

• Maintain recruitment records using Excel sheets.
• Track:
• Open vacancies
• Time-to-hire
• Hiring sources
• Monthly hiring reports
• Prepare basic recruitment statistics for HR management.

• Represent the company in local hiring events or walk-in interviews.
