Zewail City is seeking to hire a Senior Electrical Engineer responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all electrical systems within the facility. It involves providing expert guidance on system design, upgrades, and improvements, overseeing team performance and operational processes, and ensuring departmental goals are met through continuous monitoring and reporting of key performance metrics.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise all electrical maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with contract provisions and safety standards.
• Verify the compatibility of installed systems with design specifications and operational requirements.
• Attend technical meetings with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to expedite design and maintenance activities.
• Provide technical advice on electrical system designs, upgrades, and modifications.
• Maintain detailed records of tests performed, maintenance activities, and work executed.
• Review electrical manuals, documentation, and ensure they are complete and accurate.
• Prepare and present technical reports and recommendations to management.
• Responsible for quality control and conducting internal audits in line with company policies and procedures.
• Evaluate team performance and provide feedback as applicable.
• Investigate and document customer complaints, ensuring effective resolution as per the Customer Complaint Handling process.
