Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role located in Cairo, Egypt, requiring B2B construction experience. The Sales Executive will develop relationships with clients, identify new business opportunities, and ensure the successful promotion of the company’s portfolio of services. Responsibilities include understanding client needs in the construction sector, creating strategies to convert leads into clients, managing the sales pipeline, negotiating and closing deals, and achieving or exceeding sales targets. Regular collaboration with the project management and consultation teams will also be required to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proven sales skills including lead generation, negotiation, and client relationship management Strong understanding of the B2B sales process, specifically within the construction industry Effective communication and presentation skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders Experience in project management or HR consultancy is a plus Proficiency in market research and data analysis to identify business opportunities Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach to achieving sales targets Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office tools Fluency in English and Arabic is required
