Sales Account Manager (software background)

Informatique Education is expanding its team and looking for a Sales Account Manager to join our Cairo branch. If you’re passionate about EdTech, B2B sales, and building strong client relationships, we’d love to hear from you!
 Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow relationships with existing university and institutional clients
• Ensure high client satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities
• Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to exceed sales targets
• Present software solutions to prospective clients
• Collaborate closely with technical, product, and implementation teams
• Prepare proposals, quotations, commercial offers, and sales presentations
• Maintain accurate CRM records and submit regular sales performance reports
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities in EdTech
• Participate in meetings, training sessions, exhibitions, and marketing events
