  • Conduct Measurement System Analysis (MSA) for both variable and attribute data, and perform quality studies using control charts, capability analysis, and gap analysis.
  • Follow up on quality projects, support implementation of industrial quality plans, and report test results to direct managers.
  • Monitor and analyze quality KPIs through dashboards and reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Conduct inspections to ensure process stability and product quality, while refining quality checklists and identifying key characteristics to reduce complaints.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives, investigate root causes of product failures, implement corrective actions, and maintain control plans and PFMEA.
  • Apply problem-solving tools and manage effective communication of process and material changes.
