The Role We’re hiring a Senior Product Owner who thrives in startup environments — someone who can take end-to-end ownership, move fast with confidence, and turn messy problems into clear product direction. You’ll own critical product areas across Loyalty, POS, and merchant platforms, working closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to continuously ship real value. What You’ll Own Full ownership of the product backlog — prioritization, clarity, and outcomes Translating business goals and user pain points into clear user stories and acceptance criteria Driving product discovery by deeply understanding merchant workflows, customer behavior, and operational constraints Working daily with engineers and designers to ship fast without sacrificing quality Making smart trade-offs between speed, scope, and technical complexity Ensuring smooth, consistent experiences across loyalty programs, POS flows, and merchant dashboards Aligning stakeholders around priorities — not trying to please everyone Tracking product success using KPIs, usage data, and customer feedback Continuously improving product delivery and decision-making processes
✅ What We’re Looking For3–5 years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership Proven experience working on transactional or operational products (POS, payments, loyalty, marketplaces, or similar) Strong backlog ownership and Agile execution skills Comfort working with ambiguity and incomplete information Experience collaborating with remote or distributed teams Ability to think in systems, not just features Strong communication skills with a bias toward action

Big Plus If You Have Experience in Food & Beverage, Retail, or Hospitality tech Hands-on experience with loyalty engines, promotions, rewards, or offers Exposure to POS integrations, third-party APIs, or hardware-dependent systems Startup or scale-up experience where speed and ownership mattered Strong product instincts backed by data, not opinions
