Back Office Operations Specialist We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to join our dynamic IT company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all back office operations, including order processing, IT vendor management, supporting the sales pipeline, and generating summary reports for management. This individual must be fluent in English, possess excellent presentation skills, and have a minimum of three years of relevant experience. Key Responsibilities· Oversee end-to-end order processing, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of services and products.· Manage relationships and communications with IT vendors, including procurement and contract renewals.· Assist the sales team in maintaining and updating the sales pipeline, ensuring data accuracy and timely follow-ups.· Generate, analyze, and present summary reports for management on operational performance and sales activities.· Maintain organized records of all operational activities and provide administrative support as needed. Qualifications and Skills· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, operations management, or a related field.· Minimum 3 years of experience in operations administration or a similar back office role within an IT environment.· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook).· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.· Highly presentable with strong interpersonal skills.· Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently under pressure.· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
