Business Development Partner

  • Act as a strategic partner in developing and executing the company’s business development and growth strategy.
  • Identify, evaluate, and secure new project opportunities through market intelligence, networking, and key client relationships.
  • Build, own, and maintain long-term relationships with developers, consultants, and decision-makers.
  • Lead opportunity qualification and go/no-go decisions in coordination with management.
  • Coordinate with technical, estimation, and commercial teams to develop competitive technical and commercial proposals.
  • Lead and support contract negotiations, commercial discussions, and final deal closure.
  • Maintain full ownership of the business development pipeline, forecasting potential revenue and reporting progress to management.
  • Support market expansion, strategic partnerships, and positioning of the company in target sectors.
  • Ensure strong client engagement post-award to support repeat business and long-term collaboration.
