Production Management : - Plan and manage the production process for advertising materials , events . exhibitions , and brand activations.
- Coordinate with creative , design , and account teams to translate concepts into executable production plans
- Supervise on-ground execution during events , installations , and live activations .
- Ensure quality control of all production outputs .
Operations Management: - Develop operational plans , timelines , and workflows for projects.
- Manage budgets , cost estimates , and production expenses .
- Ensure efficient utilization of resources .
- Monitor projects progress and resolve operational issues proactively .
Vendor & Supplier Management : - Source , negotiate and manage vendors , suppliers , and production partners
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and services as per agreed specifications
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and evaluate performance
Team coordination : - Lead and coordinate production teams , technicians , and freelancers
- Assign tasks , monitor , performance , and ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Collaborate closely with account managers and creatives teams
Health , safety & compliance : - Ensure compliance with safety regulations during events and installations
- Manage permits , approvals , and logistical requirements when needed
- Ensure adherence to company policies and operational standard .
Reporting and documentation: - Prepare production schedules , cost sheets , and post-event reports
- Provide regular updates to management on project status and challenges
- Documents lessons learned to improve future operations.

Bachelor's degree in related field 10 + years of experience in production and operations including 3-6 years within advertising & events planning agenciesStrong knowledge of production materials, event logistics , and operational workflowsVery Good in English Spoken and written.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.Proficiency in using ERP Systems and handling paper-based documentation.
