A Financial Analyst studies a company’s financial data to support investment decisions, planning, forecasting, and financial control, delivering data-driven insights to management and stakeholders.
  • Lead monthly financial analysis and reporting for transportation/logistics operations, including cost analysis, lane profitability, and equipment utilization. 
  • Analyze key cost components.
  • Collaborate with operations, fleet management, and Commercial teams to refine pricing and improve margin performance by commodity type.
  • Support annual budget planning, prepare rolling forecasts, and execute variance analysis. 
  • Identify trends, risks, and performance opportunities from large datasets and present actionable insights to leadership. 
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, variance reports, and management presentations to support strategic decision-making. 
  • Ensure alignment of financial processes with company policies and industry best practices.
