- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and clients, providing regular updates.
- Receive briefs, process them internally, and collaborate with teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Prepare creative briefs, status reports, contact reports, and media briefs when needed.
- Present and support creative work, send quotations/invoices, and follow up with clients.
- Build strong client relationships and proactively research market needs.
- Conduct market visits, prepare competitive reviews, and ensure client documents are filed and updated.
