Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Turkish Customer Service - Chat Account located in Cairo, Egypt. The role focuses on providing excellent customer support through chat and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key tasks include responding to customer inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience, and maintaining professional communication etiquette throughout interactions.
Qualifications Proven skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction Experience in maintaining high standards for Customer Experience Strong knowledge and application of professional communication and Phone Etiquette Proficiency in the Turkish language (spoken and written) is essential Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with CRM software and chat platforms is a plus Previous experience in customer-facing roles is preferred
