Join our operations team to manage end-to-end delivery of travel packages — hotels, transfers, sightseeing and cruise arrangements, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery for inbound and outbound clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Obtain rates and availability from hotels (local & international) and cruise suppliers.
- Create and price tailor-made inbound & outbound packages.
- Manage bookings, amendments, cancellations and supplier communications.
- Update booking systems and reconcile confirmed services.
- Provide professional client communications and finalize itineraries.
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in travel operations (agency environment preferred).
- Good knowledge of reservation processes and supplier management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good English (written & spoken).
- Good Excel and booking-system skills.
