  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
  • Draft, review, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Act as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and other resources to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Monitor and prioritize incoming emails, phone calls, and other communications, responding or redirecting as appropriate.
  • Prepare expense reports, track budgets, and assist with basic financial administration tasks.
  • Support special projects and perform other duties as assigned by management.
