Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the company’s financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives and drive sustainable growth.
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards, tax regulations, and F&B industry financial controls.
- Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions to maintain the company’s financial health.
- Lead the annual budgeting process and provide variance analysis to support decision-making.
- Coordinate with external auditors, regulatory bodies, and government authorities to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Supervise and mentor the finance and accounting team, fostering professional development and high performance.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks, recommending corrective actions when necessary.
- Collaborate with other departments (sales, operations, supply chain) to align financial planning with business activities.
Minimum of 10 - 15 years of experience in financial management, with proven expertise in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry or FMCG sector.Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance requirements.Demonstrated experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting within a corporate environment.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (professional certifications such as CPA or CMA are a plus).
