Global Napi is looking for District Managers for :
* CAIRO
*GIZA To build and execute strategies to meet sales goals for the Area; to drive Area sales performance, market share and optimal resource utilization; to build effective and enduring business relationships with key Area customers and stakeholders; to lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team of pharmaceutical Medical Representatives; to promote GNP as a leader in general or specific pharmaceutical areas.
Major Accountabilities:
*Applies Line strategies to develop and implement territorial business plans.
*Builds effective and enduring customer relationships; identifies and works closely with the most significant customers in the assigned territories.
*Leads a high-performing team of Medical Representatives; hires, trains and develops representatives as necessary; provides coaching and feedback aligned to GNP Leadership Standards; inspires representatives to meet and exceed Sales objectives.
*Manages and optimizes effective allocation of resources to deliver required business results and ensure best ROI of investments.
*Works effectively with colleagues across other functions/units within Scientific Office to achieve business results.
*Develops in-depth understanding of the Area market environment and customers; communicates customer insights to internal stakeholders and supports development of new business strategies; identifies top business opportunities or gaps through analysis of available reports.
*Serves as a communication bridge from Senior Management to Medical representatives.
*Works within GNP policies and standard operating procedures “SOPs” and creates a culture that ensures all reports, direct and indirect, do the same.
Qualifications:
*Good Command of English.*Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.*University degree in Pharmaceutical Science, Veterinary Medicine.*At least 2 years of experience in the same role.*Consistent proven record of sales achievement
