Sales Executive Required

We’re looking for a driven Sales Account Manager to grow B2B relationships for Tanqeeb. 

You’ll work closely with clients to understand their needs, deliver real value, and consistently achieve sales targets in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Check daily used tools & CRM to identify new opportunities and be aware of existing and potential customers’ issues & areas of improvement in order to meet sales quota.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive clients.
  • Manage Current and new key accounts to increase client loyalty and achieve the target.
  • Define incomplete registrations and communicate with clients for further assistance.
  • Reactivate not-used accounts on Tanqeeb by following up on clients regularly
  • Walk clients through quick steps on how to use Tanqeeb in a quick Demo if required.
  • Make sure to hand over active Jobs on Tanqeeb’s recruiters team.
  • Notify & follow up with both of the clients (whose job posts have been activated) and the recruiters' team to proceed further with the clients' demands.
  • Provide further assistance to Tanqeeb’s clients through reviewing their posted vacancies on the website, advising of Job descriptions using existing templates.
  • Help clients with their “Candidate pool” on Tanqeeb when needed.

 

Qualifications:

  • Graduated from the Faculty of Business Administration or any relevant field.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Proven experience in the sales field (at least 1-2 years of experience)
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Target-oriented and very organized.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple accounts at a time.
  • Must be flexible with working hours and overtime.
