Sales Coordinator

Carry out, coordinate and follow up sales dep’s administrative services, office operations, receive and handle incoming calls, letters and records.

 

1. Extract tender reviews / ads/ news from newspapers and follow up specialized companies.

2. Prepare tender documents and follow up practice’s news.

3. Write, follow and print quotations, till delivered to customer.

4. Send and receive all dep correspondence (Fax - Email) and follow up its implementation.

5. Enter, Complete invoices, samples, and returned products on SAP program with warehouse department.

6. Follow up LG status with the concerned departments.

7. Prepare all supply orders’ reports and follow-up to current tenders.

8. Organize, attend and schedule dep meetings. 

9. Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.

10. Performs other related duties as assigned.
