  • Manage routine preventive maintenance operations according to monthly, quarterly, and annual schedules.
  • Support technicians to diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and control system faults within defined SLA times.
  • Respond to breakdowns and emergency calls and provide effective solutions to minimize downtime.
  • Conduct safety checks and ensure all protective devices function correctly.
  • Support major repairs, overhauls, and modernization works when required.
  • Train and mentor junior technicians and support staff as needed.
  • Communicate professionally with building management and end users.
