  • Oversee and optimize daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are consistently met.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor manufacturing processes for sheet metal forming and customized steel solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, quality assurance, and maintenance to streamline workflows and resolve production issues.
  • Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
  • Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process deviations or equipment malfunctions.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for production processes, standard operating procedures, and quality control measures.
  • Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
  • Support the integration of new technologies and automation to enhance productivity and product quality.
  • Train and mentor production staff on best practices, safety protocols, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations within the production facility.
