For our growing group of dental practices and healthcare-related initiatives, we are looking for a proactive and analytical ICT Support / Web & Digital Optimization employee.
This role focuses on improving, monitoring, and optimizing our digital infrastructure, with a strong emphasis on website performance, usability, and online flow. You will support our organization by ensuring that our websites function efficiently, are user-friendly, responsive, and aligned with our strategic objectives.
You will work independently and remotely, collaborating with management and marketing where needed, and contribute directly to the digital growth and visibility of our organization.
Key responsibilities:
- Supporting and optimizing websites (structure, flow, performance, and responsiveness)
- Assisting with basic web development and technical improvements
- Analyzing website behavior and performance using tools such as Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics
- Improving user experience (UX) and conversion flows
- Monitoring and optimizing website responsiveness across devices
- Supporting SEO implementation and optimization (technical SEO, on-page structure, content support)
- Identifying bottlenecks and opportunities based on data and analytics
- Translating insights into clear recommendations and actionable improvements
This position can be filled part-time or full-time, with a minimum availability of 2 days per week. All work is fully remote.
