  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor account performance, track key metrics, and provide regular status updates to management.
  • Negotiate contracts, renewals, and service agreements in alignment with company policies and client requirements.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of client interactions, agreements, and feedback in CRM systems.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
