  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Organize and maintain inventory within the store, ensuring items are properly labeled and stored.
  • Issue materials and supplies to project teams as per requisitions, maintaining accurate records of all transactions.
  • Monitor stock levels and initiate timely reordering to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
  • Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile with system records to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store area, adhering to safety and organizational standards.
  • Coordinate with procurement, project, and logistics teams to ensure smooth material flow.
  • Prepare and submit inventory reports, stock movement logs, and discrepancy reports to management.
  • Implement and enforce company policies regarding inventory control and material handling.
  • Assist in the identification and disposal of obsolete or damaged materials in compliance with company procedures.
