• Design, implement, and update company compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
• Develop compensation packages aligned with company strategy, business goals, and market trends.
• Participate in salary and labor market surveys to benchmark pay and benefits.
• Communicate with third-party service providers to manage benefit plans and resolve issues.
• Manage medical insurance agreements, issuance of cards, and employee medical claims.
• Manage payroll processing in coordination with Finance and banks, ensuring compliance with labor and tax laws.
• Calculate and validate payroll elements such as overtime, bonuses, deductions, and allowances.
• Review and approve payroll reports and time sheets for accuracy.
• Address and resolve payroll-related employee queries in a timely manner.
• Conduct periodic audits and prepare reports for management.
• Monitor organization-wide budget and expenses related to compensation and benefits.
• Ensure payroll and benefits systems are updated, accurate, and aligned with regulations.
• Set up payroll arrangements for new hires and terminate profiles of leavers.
