  • Oversee and manage the procurement process for materials, equipment, and services required for various construction and development projects.
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with project timelines and budgetary constraints.
  • Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost, reliability, and service, ensuring compliance with company policies and project requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors to secure optimal agreements for the organization.
