Role Description This is a contract and on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at Raya CX, located in Qesm 1st 6 October. Responsibilities include assisting customers with inquiries, resolving customer concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, providing support, and creating outstanding customer experiences. Representatives will act as the primary contact for customers, maintaining professionalism and efficiency in handling communications.
Qualifications Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills Proven ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and deliver excellent Customer Experience Effective communication and problem-solving skills Ability to handle challenging customer interactions in a professional and calm manner Proficiency in using CRM tools and technology is a plus Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is advantageous High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred
