we are hiring (Payroll & Personnel Section Head  ) who is responsible for leading all payroll and personnel operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and effective use of the Odoo HR/payroll system. .

 

Job Summary :

 

  • Lead and supervise payroll and personnel activities, including salaries, benefits, attendance, and employee records.​
  • Ensure accurate and timely monthly payroll processing  in line with labor law, tax, and social insurance regulations.​
  • Act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding payroll, personnel issues, and Odoo HR/payroll system improvements.​

 

 

Key Responsibilities – Payroll :

 

  • Oversee end-to-end payroll processing (salaries, overtime, deductions, bonuses, terminations, and end-of-service) .​
  • Validate attendance, leaves, and work entries in Odoo and Excel before payroll run, ensuring data accuracy and resolving discrepancies.​​
  • Ensure compliance with applicable labor, tax, and social insurance rules and generate statutory reports as required.​
  • Coordinate with Finance and Accounting to reconcile payroll data, create journal entries, and support audits.​
  • Maintain and enhance payroll configurations (salary structures, rules, allowances, deductions)

 

Key Responsibilities – Personnel

 

  • Supervise personnel operations including hiring documentation, contracts, renewals, promotions, transfers, and terminations.​
  • Oversee maintenance of employee files and HR records on Odoo and in physical/electronic archives, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.​
  • Ensure proper implementation of company policies, internal regulations, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.​
  • Follow up on social insurance, medical insurance, and other employee benefits, ensuring timely enrollment, updates, and cancellations.​
