We are seeking a highly experienced Tender Section Head to lead the tendering, estimation, and pricing function across major construction projects.
Responsibilities:
-Lead and manage the tendering and estimation team.
-Review tender documents, BOQs, drawings, specifications, and contract conditions.
-Prepare and approve detailed cost estimates, pricing strategies, and cost breakdowns.
-Analyse direct and indirect costs, overheads, contingencies, and project risks.
-Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
-Coordinate with procurement, planning, contracts, and technical teams.
-Support management in bid/no-bid decisions and tender strategy.
-Ensure proper handover to execution teams upon project award.
