The Admission Specialist executes operational activities related to application review, document verification, and applicant communication, supporting the department’s daily workflow.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Review applications and verify supporting documents for completeness and accuracy.
  • Assist applicants by providing clear and timely information regarding admission requirements, procedures, and deadlines.
  • Maintain applicant records, logs, and feedback data in the system for tracking and reporting.
  • Support logistical tasks such as document scanning, filing, and data entry.
  • Respond promptly to routine applicant inquiries via phone, email, or in-person visits.
  • Support team efforts in preparing reports, correspondence, and application-related documentation.
  • Contribute ideas and participate in process improvement initiatives.
