A Sales & Marketing Executive drives revenue by creating and executing strategies that blend marketing and sales, involving market research, lead generation (digital/events), campaign management, client relationship building, sales presentations, negotiation, and performance reporting to meet targets and boost brand awareness. Key duties include digital marketing, social media, content creation, event participation, and collaborating with sales teams to align tactics, while strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills are crucial for success. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement integrated sales and marketing plans, identifying market trends and target audiences.
  • Lead Generation: Generate leads via cold calls, networking, social media, and events, converting them into sales opportunities.
  • Campaign Management: Create and manage promotional activities, digital campaigns (social, email), and content across various channels.
  • Sales Execution: Conduct sales presentations, product demos, negotiate contracts, and manage the full sales cycle.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing queries and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Track sales data, analyze campaign performance, and present reports to management.
  • Market Research: Research competitors and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
