Looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Export Logistics Executive to manage and oversee the export shipment process.
Job Objective:Responsible for coordinating and monitoring export logistics operations, ensuring the proper shipment of export products, and completing all necessary documentation to guarantee on-time delivery in line with export regulations and client requirements.
Essential Duties:Ensure products designated for export are loaded into containers provided by shipping companies. Verify the completion of all required documentation for export shipments on time. Follow up on booking export product shipments. Prepare reports for shipped products (export and local). Review export shipment data based on the export certificate. Ensure the arrival of shipping containers according to the agreed schedule with shipping companies. Follow up on obtaining original export certificates for export shipments and copies of delivery notes for local deliveries. Follow up on obtaining export certificates (customs clearance). Monitor support entitlements for submitted export certificates. Follow up on financial entitlements related to invoices for export shipments. Job Requirements:BSc. of any relative studies.5-7 years of experience in similar role in export logistics or shipping. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Strategic mindset with attention to detail and commitment to best practices.
