????Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the engineering team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing project documentation. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and technical documents. Coordinate communication between engineering staff and other departments. Maintain filing systems and ensure easy access to technical documents. Help with project management tasks, including tracking deadlines and deliverables.
???? Qualifications:A bachelor’s degree in engineering. Excellent in English Previous administrative experience in an engineering environment is a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
