Executive Support
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, priorities, and correspondence.
- Draft, review, and prepare reports, presentations, Arabic and English executive communications, and official governmental memos.
- Attend internal and external meetings with the CEO (or on their behalf) and prepare accurate meeting minutes, ensuring timely circulation with clear action items and follow-up.
- Coordinate meetings, including agenda setting, material preparation, and documentation.
Strategic & Operational Coordination
- Act as a primary liaison between the CEO and department heads to ensure alignment of organizational priorities.
- Track and monitor key initiatives and strategic projects, highlighting risks, delays, and required interventions.
- Provide analysis and insights to support executive decisions.
- Create and consolidate departmental sheets and dashboards to provide the CEO with accurate, clear, and timely overviews of business performance.
Governance & Reporting
- Support in preparation of board materials, leadership reports, and business reviews.
- Consolidate departmental inputs into executive-level reporting.
- Maintain accurate records of executive actions, approvals, and outcomes.
Confidentiality & Professionalism
- Handle sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
- Represent the CEO’s office professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure a structured, detail-oriented, and well-organized workflow across all activities of the CEO’s office.
