1. Lead Mechanical design from concept to detailed construction drawings.
2. Design HVAC, Firefighting and Plumbing systems for new construction and renovation projects.
3. Ensure designs comply with Egyptian building codes, zoning laws, and local regulations.
4. Prepare and written Mechanical drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
5. Prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ) in compliance with Egyptian measurement standards
6. Conduct cost estimation and value engineering to align design with budget constraints.
7. Have the ability to independently complete the design of HVAC, fire protection systems and water supply and drainage systems for general public buildings.
