  • Write content tailored to specific audiences and platforms.

2. Social Media Content & Strategy

  • Plan and manage monthly content calendars.
  • Develop creative concepts for campaigns, product launches, events, and promotions.
  • Optimize content based on analytics and platform trends.

3. Creative Storytelling

  • Convert product features into compelling human-centered stories.
  • Script and storyboard videos.
  • Craft hooks, CTAs, and emotional narratives for maximum engagement.

4. Media & Design Collaboration

  • Work closely with designers, video editors, and marketing managers.
  • Provide creative direction for visual content.
  • Ensure consistent branding across all channels.

5. Research & Trend Awareness

  • Stay updated with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and industry trends.
  • Analyze competitors’ content strategies.
  • Use insights to create fresh, high-performing content ideas.

6. Performance Tracking

  • Track content performance (views, reach, engagement, CTR, watch time, conversion metrics).
  • Use insights to refine content and boost performance.


Skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, Journalism, or equivalent experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience in content creation (preferably in SaaS, tech, retail, or digital marketing).
  • Proven portfolio of videos, social media posts, scripts, or articles.
  • Experience creating content for TikTok, Reels, or YouTube Shorts.
