Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruitment Specialist role based in 10th of Ramadan, Sharqia. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing and attracting candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires. The role will also involve collaborating with department heads to understand staffing needs, ensuring effective communication throughout recruitment activities, and coordinating training programs to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
