  • Supervise the daily operations of commercial and administrative malls to ensure efficient performance.
  • Monitor maintenance, cleaning, and security services and ensure compliance with approved standards.
  • Coordinate with security, maintenance, and cleaning service providers.
  • Follow up on tenants’ complaints and ensure timely and professional resolution.
  • Prepare periodic operational reports and submit them to management.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor tenants’ compliance with operational regulations and contract terms.
