Farms Technical Recruitment

This role involves standard HR recruitment activities but with a specialization in agricultural job profiles, including field workers, agronomists, and supply chain specialists. 
Develop and execute recruitment strategies specific to the agricultural sector.

  • Prepare and post job advertisements on relevant industry platforms.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on specific job requirements, potentially including technical agricultural terms and certifications.
  • Coordinate and conduct various stages of interviews (initial HR screens, technical interviews with department managers).
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local labor laws.
  • Maintain recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill) and manage candidate databases.
