  • Identify and approach potential customers to promote shipping, freight forwarding, and logistics services.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of clients.
  • Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and follow up with customers to close deals.
  • Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth shipment handling.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities and report findings to the Sales Section Head.
  • Participate in sales meetings, exhibitions, and industry events as required.
