Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Riyadh for an IT Sales Engineer. The IT Sales Engineer will collaborate with clients to identify their technical and business needs, provide tailored IT solutions, and negotiate sales proposals. Responsibilities include presenting and demonstrating technical product capabilities, offering post-sales technical support, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. The role requires coordinating closely with internal teams and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the latest IT products and services to support clients effectively.
Qualifications Proficiency in Troubleshooting and providing excellent Technical Support for a variety of IT systems and technical challenges. Strong knowledge of Information Technology and Networking concepts to deliver efficient client solutions. Experience in Network Security protocols and best practices to ensure robust and safe systems for clients. Excellent communication skills and the ability to understand customer requirements while effectively presenting technical solutions. Proven ability to work effectively on-site in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field is preferred. Previous experience in IT sales, customer service, or technical consulting is a strong advantage
