  • Promotes products inside the branch to support sales and meet customers’ needs.
  • Updates product prices and specification cards to ensure accurate product knowledge.
  • Replaces products with manufacturing defects to maintain service quality and support customer satisfaction.
  • Responds to customer inquiries and follows up on resolving customer issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinates with the branch supervisor regarding promotional offers and the latest product prices to support sales activities.
  • Informs the branch supervisor of required product orders from the warehouse to ensure product availability and complete sales transactions.
