  • To oversee and manage the daily operations of our water and wastewater treatment plants, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with all regulatory standards.
  • Supervise day-to-day plant operations and ensure treatment processes meet quality standards.
  • Monitor plant performance, analyze data, and implement process adjustments for optimization.
  • Lead and train the operations team, setting schedules and priorities.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and emergency response plans.
  • Ensure compliance with all environmental and safety regulations.
