Job Purpose
The Studio Manager oversees OMQ’s creative studio, leading 2D and 3D designers, ensuring smooth workflow, high-quality outputs, and alignment with the KSA team. The role ensures timely, accurate, and creative delivery for all event and exhibition projects.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily studio operations and workflow. Supervise and review all 2D/3D design outputs. Distribute tasks and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery. Coordinate with project and creative teams in KSA. Lead, mentor, and develop the design team. Ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency of creative work. Report regularly on studio workload, performance, and challenges.
Requirements
5–8 years experience in events/exhibitions or creative agencies. Strong understanding of 2D & 3D design workflows and production. Previous experience managing designers or a creative studio. Solid knowledge of design tools (3Ds Max, Illustrator, etc.). Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
